With the creation of this new business, comes new employment opportunities for skilled roofers that are tired and broken. These roofers have still some years left in their working life with a plethora of practical experience and invaluable advice to impart. We will be able to help them, by giving them a role as one of our ‘Assessors’ whereby they can still earn an income, using the skills that they have developed to find and solve issues within the profession that they know and love.
